Multi-outlet editorial hub

A family-owned media group operating six local outlets needed a unified voice without flattening regional character. We built a retrieval corpus segmented by outlet, with shared national style rules and outlet-specific exemplar banks. Editors at each property review model drafts in a shared queue before CMS publish.

The six-week sprint reduced average first-draft turnaround for wire-adjacent features by roughly forty percent while keeping byline attribution and local sourcing requirements intact. Ongoing retainer covers quarterly voice audits when editorial leadership changes.

Product marketing voice system

Marketing and product teams at a Toronto-headquartered SaaS company were producing release notes, landing page variants, and sales enablement copy on overlapping timelines — often with mismatched terminology for the same features. We mapped a controlled vocabulary, built anti-pattern filters for hype language the CEO had banned, and integrated generation into their existing Notion-to-Webflow workflow.

Post-handoff, the internal team reports fewer rewrite cycles on launch-week assets. We remain on a light retainer for major release voice checks.

Partner thought-leadership programme

A mid-size consultancy wanted partners to publish more often without ghostwriters spending forty hours per article. We designed an interview-to-outline pipeline: recorded partner conversations, structured briefs, model-assisted first drafts, and mandatory partner review before legal clearance.

The programme increased published partner articles per quarter while preserving individual voice markers — syntax habits, anecdote style, and sector vocabulary — that generic drafting had previously erased.
