  • Is Synth Narrative an AI writing course, or do you guarantee my content will rank or go viral?

No. We are an applied-AI content studio that designs and builds generative content systems and brand-voice models for client brands — we do not sell courses, and every system keeps a human editor in the loop. We cannot and do not guarantee rankings, traffic, engagement or virality; outcomes depend on inputs, topic, market, budget and how the system is used.

  • What does a content-AI sprint actually deliver?

A sprint is a fixed-scope four-to-six week engagement on a defined content type — for example product descriptions, nurture emails, or support articles. You receive a working pipeline on real briefs, a voice specification, prompt and retrieval documentation, editorial checklists, and a handoff session for your internal team. Sprints are designed to produce production artefacts, not strategy decks alone.

  • Do you replace our writers?

No. We build systems that reduce repetitive drafting labour so your editors and writers can focus on judgement, reporting, and material that requires original reporting or deep subject expertise. Every deliverable we touch during an engagement passes through human editorial review before it counts as done.

  • Which AI models do you use?

We are vendor-neutral on inference. Sprints typically configure against whichever provider your organization already approves — OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, or others — with retrieval layers we design in your stack. We do not resell model access or take referral fees from providers.

  • How do you handle client data and PIPEDA?

Before any client corpus enters a pipeline, we document subprocessors, data residency, and retention periods in a written assessment. Contact form submissions require explicit PIPEDA consent. See our Privacy Policy for full detail or email [email protected].

  • What does a sprint cost?

Sprints are quoted in Canadian dollars after a scoping call, based on content type complexity, integration surface, and stakeholder availability. We publish no fixed public price list because scope varies widely; we will give you a written estimate before you commit. If budget is incompatible with senior editorial staffing, we say so early.

  • Do you work outside Toronto?

Yes. We are based at 462 Wellington Street West, Suite 500, Toronto, ON M5V 1E3, and serve clients across Canada and the United States. Kickoff workshops can be in-person downtown or remote; production runs asynchronously with defined review windows in Eastern Time unless another zone is agreed in contract.

  • Can you fix content our previous vendor generated?

Often yes, but we start with an audit rather than a rewrite fire drill. We assess voice drift, factual risk, retrieval gaps, and workflow failures before quoting remediation. Sometimes the fastest path is a narrower sprint on one channel rather than boiling the ocean.
